The Leadership Challenge is an evidence-based leadership development model that is backed by over 30 years of thorough research by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. Kouzes and Posner quickly realized that leadership is not about personality, but about behavior - an observable set of skills and abilities.
The Leadership Challenge program turns the abstract concept of leadership into easy-to-grasp practices and behaviors that can be learned by anyone willing to step up and accept the challenge to lead.
